Applying Tier 1 Gen Dependent Visa without BRP card

Hi,

I am planning to apply my wife's Tier 1 General Dependent Visa from India.

I got my visa extension last friday (got the confirmation letter on the same day at Cardiff PEO) but still waiting for the Delivery of my BRP Card.

Now there less time and my wife's visa appointment in India is next week, can she apply with my Visa ext confirmation letter (which has a ref no) by telling BRP not yet delivered ?

have you seen such cases in the past..

I called ukba customer care.. they are not able to tell my extended visa validity period with the ref no on the conf letter.. don't know if they can find those details at the time of my wife's visa processing

How did you visa application go. I'm in the same position as your now. Just wanted to check if there is any precidense.?
