Unmarried application - evidence

Post by monkicito » Sun Mar 31, 2013 9:13 pm

Hello,

My boyfriend and I have been living together over two years, he is English and I am Peruvian. My questions are:

What sort of evidence we need to show? we have been looking at the ukba website and they are not specific on how many documents we need to provide.

Additionally, I can just show my bank statements, nhs letters and my mobile bill (for two years) as my boyfriend pays all the bills for the house. Is this acceptable? can we send all the bills under his name and just three documents under my name? (both have same address)

If I show the bank statements do I have to show all of them form two years ago?

Finally, my earnings cover the cap of 18,600. Is it necessary to show the income from my english boyfriend?

Many thanks to clarify our doubts.
