i will be very thankful if you all just answer my 1 question as i m stuck on this do we have to have business premises aswell in order to apply for an initial application ??? as i am thinking to apply but just stuck on this thing i will be really really thankful if any 1 of u answer this thank you so much : )

You may use your home as business premises if you do not have a seperate.

If you use your home as business premises, then you may need to support it with evidence i-e Landlord's consent letter & insurance.

You do not need premises to apply, but you should know, what kind of premises is required for your business, or where you going to have your office, what is the grade of property, etc.

You can use your home address as a business address. You do not need to submit any documents. Companies house has accepted your home address as business address and this is the most important point. UKBA hasnt asked you to provide any documents whether your property is accepted for business or not. By submitting these documents you are just making your file complicated. Anyways this is just a advice, Good Luck

Basically, you have TWO options

Option A: PSW's own £50,000 funds access
- Must Open a company within 90 days before filing applicaion
- Can show previous investment of £50,000
- Must have a running company (can have virtually any UK address)
- Business must be NQF Level 4 or above (Graduate Level)
- Advertisement and Contract
- Two people can become team members (of PSW only)

Option B: Seeding Firm's £50,000 funds access
- Must need seeding firm's approval of £50,000
- NO NQF Level restriction
- Will have to open a company after getting visa, within next 6 months
- Two people can become team members (of any mix)

- Also have Marketing, Research & Feasibility
- English Level : B1 or above / Recognized Degree
- Maintenance Money (£900/90 days)
