after approval shall i withdraw 50,000 shows for investment

after approval shall i withdraw 50,000 shows for investment

i got my entrepreneur visa showing 50,000 psw route .Can I withdraw my 50,000 now?as I have to invest this amount in three years so basically its common applicant can withdraw this amount and use for other personal problem,
will it be a problem in airport once I back from holiday???
anyone got such experience share plz ????

Read Policy Guidance in details it explain it all


"If you already have leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) we may curtail your leave if the funds you have used to apply cease to be available to you (unless you have spent them in the establishment or running of your business or businesses). ‘Spent’ excludes spending on your own remuneration"

I want to know how they would put this policy in practice though ??

They would contact banks everyday to find out ?

yes u r right RahulSingh1 its a million dollar question but like they have started to call people for interview i guess in coming months things will be much clearer.

Please don't mind me saying but Its surprising that you have a problem that needs 50000 pounds and yet your going on holiday. This is the only route left for people outside EU please don't abuse this route so much that the homeoffice will shut this down aswell!
