PEO Fees (May month 2013)

Hi,
Could you please clarify my understanding (if i am wrong)
I am due my appointment in person at PEO in May 2013
Thinking to carry Bankers draft for the payment,

For a family of 3,
Main: 1920 GBP
Dependent 1: 1534 GBP
Dependent 2: 1534 GBP
....etc

Also if i use HSBC debit card for payment, sometimes bank might block the money transfer (like 4988), do we need to inform the bank well in advance? how many days before we need to inform HSBC bank?

I had this experience HSBC said for debit card you don't need to inform but if you really like to inform us then give us call before 1 hr of payment.
and the phone number should be at the back of your debit card.

also they suggested me two pay separate , as for my case i was main applicant and two dependent so at PEO sheffield at a payment window i asked lady that i would like to pay in three slots she said not an issue so i paid
