I wonder how / why the employer will give new SOC code.If I am the employer, I paid for the COS which was generated before 6th April 2013 using SOC 2000. So the employee is being paid at a rate set by SOC 2000. If the visa using the SOC 2000 system is still valid, why would the SOC 2010 be used?
So I believe that using SOC 2000 is correct. The employer is not applying for employee's ILR. The employer is giving a letter on request from the employee so that the employee can apply for ILR.
How about this logic?
