Money Disposable in the UK?

Hey guys, while I was going through the application form today and I realised that UKBA wants to see whether the money is disposable in the UK or not. I will be showing all my funds in the UK financial institutes. Do I really need a letter from each financial institute confirming that the money is disposable in the UK or will the bank letter, or the bank statement alone will be enough.

I really wish that UKBA could make themselves more clear as this is just too complicated like!!!

Disposable means free for use in the UK (there is no impediment to prevent the money being sent to the UK and disbursed in the UK), so if the money is with a FI in the UK and freely available to be spent in the UK (no restrictions on that), the requirement for it to be disposable has already been met.
