re Registration at Discretion sec 3.1 and 1.3 experience

Post by babe_khyber » Thu Apr 11, 2013 1:06 am

I would be great full If you have any experience about 1.3 and 3.1 together submitted I don`t know the home office applying discretion or not here is my situation we came UK in Aug 2006 with family and claimed asylum then got Refugee status in Sep 2007 till Aug 2012 then applied for ILR which is granted in Feb 2013. We have plan to travel out side uk but the problem is that one of my son don`t have passport because he is born here. When I had chat with solicitor for his registration as BC he said if you want for other children who is born outside uk applying you can but this is the home office discretion should be fine because my children are lived here 6.5 year and already have ILR but under 1year. the home office took money from my account on 2nd April without acknowledgement letter. I don't know what can I do if someone have in the past some experience then please share with us thank you
best wishes
