urgent help..

Post by ilrdep » Mon Apr 15, 2013 2:39 pm

Urgent suggestion required for One of my friend his case is as follows:

One of my firend who sent two applications (Tier1 extension and SET(0)) to Tier 1 extension address with a cover letter stating to consider either one of them (Tier1 or ILR) but now they have deducted both payment without looking at cover letter.
Is there any way to get refund of ILR fees ?

Your help is much appriciated.

This is interesting, but I have no experience. Anyway I am sure your friend will get one successful application.
Why do they take two payments? My explanation is that they have to look into two applications, hence my view is that it will be difficult to get the money back. Nevertheless this is my view, not UKBA's. You should not give up because of my view.
