My question is if it is possible to apply for naturalisation 10-15 days before qualifying period 3 years residence as spouse of british citizen.

The applicant must have been physically present in the UK exactly 3 years prior to the HO receiving the application. If using the NCS they should be able to keep hold of the application for 10-15 days.
