Urgent ~ ILR dependent case for ILR - SET(M)?

I am on ILR and my wife just completed her two years now. She got visa extension in last August for 8 months to complete her two years. At the time of her extension i was on ILR. We have booked an appointment for tomorrow. I have filled Set(O) and almost case was ready. One of my friend called me that he called UKBA to check which form he has to fill for his wife (almost same case as ours) and he was told Set(M).

Please help which form we have to fill? SET(O) or SET(M)?
