Section 9- Previous Earnings

Post by SanjeevC » Wed Apr 17, 2013 1:42 pm

Hi
I am applying for my ILR in mid june 2013. I came to UK on HSMP in july 2008.
I got my extension as Tier 1 General in June 2010 for 3 years. I am bit confused as to which category should I choose?

1. Applications for ILR where an applicant has had leave as tier 1 (General) migrant under the rules in place before 6th April 2010

2. Applications for ILR where an applicant has had leave as tier 1 (General) migrant under the rules in place on or after 6th April 2010

Please help!
Thanks
Sanjeev
