hey guys please i need advice


i was married to a eu citizen for 3 years we lived together for whole 3 years i got prove we lived together .and now i got divorce and willing to apply for ROR , but the only documents i have to show they were exercising treaty rights is a colored copy of thier Permanent Residence and copy of thier passport as well is that enough ??

How old is the PR, and have you not got original copy?

If you are unable to find the original copy, then you will have to demonstrate one way or the other that the EEA national was a qualified person at the time of divorce.

PR issued 2 years ago . what u mean original copy . ( u mean PR card it self ) not i dont have i have only copy of it

In the circumstance you have mentioned above, you will almost certainly need more than the copy of her Permanent Residence Certificate to discharge the burden of proof, and enhance a successful application.
