Hi,
my mom applied for UK visitor visa but got refusal, she had applied last year as well but got refused due to mismatch in my father's income claimed and tax paid. But this year she has been refused due to the fact that she mentioned in last year's application she don't have any friend or family member in UK and this year I've sponsored her and I'm living here in UK for 5 years now. The case worker is saying that due to the conflict in last years application and new application has created a doubt in his mind and so refusing it. My mom didn't fill the application last time herself as she don't know english and asked a local visa consultant to fill the form.
I want to appeal against this but not what to say, can anyone please help me.

Thanks, I've seen that and it says that if you are going to visit a qualified family member then you have a right of appeal. I guess my mom has a right as she was going to visit me.
Could you please reply on the original question, what should I write in appeal as in her first application she stated she don't have any relative her in UK but in new one she said she has a son living in UK.
How can I resolve this situation as applying a new case won't make any sense until this is cleared?

What is your status?
Note that if you are not a
qualified family member, then your mother's grounds of appeal is
limited to
90(4).
90 wrote:(4)Subsection (1) does not prevent the bringing of an appeal on either or both of the grounds referred to in section
84(1)(b) and (c).
However, she should
certainly dispute that she had made
false representations in her previous application.

Now this year I sponsored her and she has been refused again as she answered "Yes" for the same question. The reason case worker gave is there is a mismatch in both applications for the same question and that caused a doubt in his mind so refused it.
The question is now if we apply again for a new application, how can we ensure its not refused and how can we explain this situation that we made a mistake filling in the first application.
Thanks for your help

In your mother's previous application last year, did you/she supply any evidence/information to indicate that you were in the UK? What reasons did she give for visiting the UK?
