Thanks a lot CR001......

I am not married to the mother of that child.

Do you think it is good idea to apply for the mother of that child too?

Please note that I am married here in UK to another woman.

Do you think they will not classify that as a polygamy if I am inviting the mother of that child together with the child.

Please, I need the best and easiest option that I can use to that get that child to UK to reside.

If applying for the mother and the child together is the best chance I can invite them and the mother of that child will also be happy to follow the child to UK.

But as mentioned above do you think applying for both the child and the mother will boost the chance of getting the child to UK?

And please bear in mind that I am married to someone else here in UK......

I will be looking forward to your reply soon.

Thanks so much for your time.

Regards,
niyogee03.

The child won't qualify if the mother doesn't also qualify to apply. As you are already married, you cannot sponsor the mother. The child is not british so that avenue is also closed.

If you are not able to prove sole responsibility, unlikely the child will get a visa. That is besides other questions HO might have regarding official proof of paternity.

As per the paternity that is not an issue since we can attached DNA proof with the application.

And for the sole responsibility what are the things it entails.

Though the child is with her mother, but I have been the one sending money to her mother''s account for the upbringing of the child.

Or do you think I could claim that the child is staying with my mum?

Or do you think I could just invite the child or both of them on a visiting visa will be the best option?

Thanks a lot.
