Post by RockON » Tue Apr 30, 2013 11:30 am

Hi All,

First of all thanks a lot to everybody and this forum who helped me through the application process. I got my ILR approved at PEO Croydon. It was a very quick and smooth process.

Security check (Ground Floor)
Passport check (Ground Floor)
Payment made (Third Floor)
Passport/photo check (Third Floor)
Biometric done (Third Floor)
Documents submitted (Third Floor)
Approved (2.5 Hours)

Once you clear security, you are given token number and sent to 3rd floor.

Once on 3rd floor you are sent to waiting area and asked to wait till your token number is called. Once you are called, you are asked to pay first and then wait in the same room for your case to be registered. During the case registration, you are requested to share all the documents that you want to submit.

Please note: Croydon PEO has changed the process and now you do not get to meet the Case worker.

Once registered, You are asked to proceed for Biometrics (Carry your documents) and the biometrics person will then keep the document folders.

Thanks,
No, I did not submit paid leaves letters from current/previous employers. I had all letters except one. One of the previous employers has closed the business due to recession. I did take the original payslips with me (for that period), but did not submit with the application. Hope this helps :)
