does anyone have the policy guidance updated after jan 30 2012 and before feb 12 as we used that guidance....cannot find it online...have to use it for our appeal...please send it to eldho.mv@gmail.com

also application form if u have it.
can i use against the law as reason for appeal as there is misleading information and errors from the case worker?

please reply urgently as i am lodging the appeal oral hearing today
