Thanks zimba88!zimba88 wrote:Not required but you can include it if you would like to. They will decide your application without considering it but it might help during genuine test.kunleoyewo wrote:Hi Guys,
Can someone please confirm if it's necessary to include Business Plan document in my extension application as an artefact of investment made? I paid a consultant to write it, hence why I'm asking. Is it worth it or not please?
By the way, my extension is due in March 2016. Anyone planning to apply for extension around this period can hit me up for ideas on what to tidy up and put in place.
I look forward to your favourable suggestions.
Kind regards,
Kunle
Guide is quite clear on this. You have to submit share certificates showing the number of shares purchased and the amount paid for each (has to cover your full investment) + company accounts showing the shares purchased by you under your name or on your behalfHumv wrote:Apologise if this has been asked before;
Just need a clarification;
I know when you invest money as a director loan you need to submit the director loan agreement.
what do you need to do if you invest money as a share capital?
Many Thanks again.
You are right but given that company accounts normally do not show the name of the shareholders at all, the best bet is to have both. We all know HO evidential requirements are often beyond stupid and caseworkers tend to reject your evidence when its format or wording does not conform exactly to what the immigration laws state, even if it clearly satisfies what they want.Napoleon77 wrote:Hi Zimba88
I think you only have to show share certificates IF the company accounts do not clearly show that you are a shareholder who has invested the required amount (£50k or £200k)
Thank you
No problem. Happy to help hereNapoleon77 wrote:Hi Zimba
Let me start by saying thanks for the invaluable advise you have been giving us in this forum. I really appreciate it and I believe others do too.
According to the rules, you can provide either of them. I prefer to submit business bank statements because most banks usually refuse point blank to issue such letters to their customers or take ages to respond. I prefer not to wrestle with banks on my immigration matters!IF we submit a letter from our bank confirming that our company has an active business bank account do we still need to submit business bank statements?
This is needed for cash investment (Director's loan) but not required for share capital according to the rules. I suggest you include both personal and business bank statements showing the transaction in addition to share certificates and accounts. Better to be safe than sorry.IF the investment in our company was done via Share Capital do we need to produce a bank statement that shows the transaction?

1 - Application Forms
2 - Passports
3 - Previous BRP
4 - Funds Maintenance Bank Statement
5 - Companies House Certificate
6 - VAT registration certificate
7 - EL/PL/PL Insurance certificate
8 - Payslips of all the employees

11 - Personal Bank Account statements which shows investment transferred to Business Account
12 - Director's Loan Agreement
13 - CA cover letter
14 - CA letter which confirms each and every employee number of hours, hourly rate etc
15 - Business visiting cards, Letter heads and little more stationaries.

I hope this helps.
Immigration Health Surcharge came into effect in April 2015. And yes, you have to pay it. It is £200 per year and the amount will depend on how long your extension is for (so £400 for 2 year extension and £600 for 3 year extension). The main applicant and dependents have to pay it and you will not be able to submit your application if it is not paid as you need the IHS reference number.helpingperson wrote:Hello
What is NHS Surcharge payment for?
The reason I am asking this question that we never had to pay for any NHS when got Enterpreneur visa, so want to know if we need to pay and how much? Where can I find more about this?

The only migrants who are exempt from paying are Tier 2 ICT visa holder and dependent or migrants from Australia or New Zealand.

Thank you for this help.
What if main applicant goes for ILR on the basis of 10 jobs?
And what you think dependents will have to pay if main applicant is applying for ILR on 10 job basis?
