sponsoring partner on fiance visa

Post by sweet fatima » Fri May 03, 2013 12:21 pm

hi,

please can someone tell how it works. i have all my documnets ready im jus worried about my partner. my partner is of pakistani nationality, im a british citizen. would we both have to apply individually? if i contact a immigration solicitor will he able to help both of us or just me? how long does a fiance visa usually take to process?

documents that my fiance will give in spain.

· evidence that you intend to marry or register your civil partnership within a reasonable time (usually 6 months)

· evidence that you have met each other

· evidence that you intend to live together permanently after you have married or registered your civil partnership

· evidence of your English language ability - see the English language page

· evidence that you meet the financial requirement.

for each one of the above points can u express what evidence he can give.

Your finance applies individually. You, the sponsor, do not apply but merely provide the supporting evidence.

You have a lot of basic questions (and not a lot of basic understanding) so I think it would be better if you read the information on the UKBA site first, and then asked for help will what else you don't understand.
