Use the method as prescribed l wont be posting or responding to any message after this post.
Jesus was killed and muslim believe he was lifted by God, whatever it is but jesys or prophet didnt run away :-) he faced the complex situation. And we are not taking about act of God what is beyond our thoughts. According to your so called timeline I should or anyone should have approval letter with them within 20+10+(-/+3)= 27 to 33 but check timeline and your eyes will able to see some got their approval within 21 days and some after 55 days and their case was simple like Spam.

l know l said l would not post any more but because you understand the method and you have precisely put in in one nice mathematical equation l have decided to answer your question...although l have explained this before.

l am aware some people got theirs way too early and some way too late ie 21-55days....that is what is called discrepancies, and deviation from the normal process it could be caused by various things going wrong from internal delays either by UKBA or Royal mail for those arriving later...for those getting very early 21days that is an very good mistake by UKBA that may be one step of the process is omitted intentionally or by error and approval is granted early as you know some people applying for tier one extensions have received their passports with IRL by accident it doesnot mean it will happen for every one is just a beautiful mistake....one every hundred applications will slip through the net then either be fast tracked or delayed!

there is exceptions in life be it human nature and science....eg the human gestation for birth in theory textbooks states it should be 9 months(mature) yet some people deliver way to early(permature) or way too late and they are called (complicated births) even the weather office doesnot have 100% accuracy they are about 90% precise on weather forecasts.

Moral of the story is method will work all factors being constant ie you have an average speed casework going through all steps and efficient royal mail service combined with a straight forward application!

First of all I do apologize for my spelling mistake due to type from mobile with a tiny keyboard. Yes to be honest your equation has some sort of honey surrounding sweet coconut. People who got their approval and coincidently your math became karishma in their application processing time so they dont feel the coconut. They feel the tadte of honey and before even get coconut taste they leave the forum. And many people get inside the honey and after having honey smell they get the taste of coconut but its sour compared to honey :-) but after all thats not your fault. Wherever there is honey bee will bethere. So bee like me start to think positive and want to think about your timeline. But when we see you got your approval and wanted to leave us behind we get sad. As we need people like you who will show us hope and if there is hope there will be way. So stay with us. And please try to develop your theory regarding complex application and it will help many of us. Some people too worry about timeline but they need to understand forum is for naturalization application. As long as we use fair language and dont play blame game we and help each other that's the point of this forum. Not to hear this is for timelines only etc.

May be ukba put the date wrong then but it is interesting Ukba staff working sunday as well, impression is impressive. But due to official rules letter date could be dated as Saturday but not sunday. Anyways good for you.

This was the biggest achievement in my life. So many times solicitors said I would never get to this point, I can tell all 5 of them were wrong. I feel like a winner today!
Never give up people. You can make it yourself.
I was away for 131 days for the last qualifying year and even I was very confident. Good luck and God bless us all!

Just got approval today, in the post and have updated my details.

Thanks for all the help so far to the forum members, this has been my principal advice point since before ILR, so thank you again for answering any questions and the general advice given over the years.

Do you get invitation letter from UKBA or your local council directly?
The approval letter from UKBA says that DO NOT contact your local council until you have received your invitation letter, but does not say from whom will you receive it.

Any lessons learnt?? -- One thing I have learnt from my NCS application is that they really do go by the book. The first time I turned up with my photo just attached with a normal pin to the application and was sent back. YOU MUST STAPLE IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT NCS. I didn't try to argue much but their logic is that if the photo is not stapled (or glued) to the application form (in the referees section) the referees may not have seen your photo when they signed. Silly but that's the process.

I think you will get one letter from Council inviting you to book the ceremony and one from UKBA telling that application is approved.

Question to others who have received their ceremony invitation letter.

Do you get invitation letter from UKBA or your local council directly?
The approval letter from UKBA says that DO NOT contact your local council until you have received your invitation letter, but does not say from whom will you receive it.
There is only one permanent thing in life and that is change !!!
