Am In entitled to a British passport?

I was born in Salisbury, Rhodesia on 19 February 1944

My mother was born in Liverpool UK on 6 May 1913

My father was born at Marula, Rhodesia on 30 August 1910 and all four of his grandparents are from UK; father Joseph came out with the British to fight in the Boer War and ended up in 1898 in Rhodesia.

Am I entitled to a British passport?
