parents visit during confinement

Post by drdh4 » Wed May 08, 2013 8:48 pm

Hi all,

Not so sure whether this is the right forum, please go easy on me if not...

I'm on Tier1 (G) & ILR due in December 2013 (7 months time) everything is ok atm (done my LIUK, 5 P60's, pay all ok, cohab docs, etc..)

Got to know that I'm pregnant a few months ago and would like to have my parents over for the delivery. Due date is in the 3rd week of October and I want my parents to be here with me by the 1st week of October at least. My mother is retired and my father runs his own business (both of them are in their 60's)

Since I'm not holding an ILR I wont be able to sponsor them.

Do I need to get a letter from my GP confirming my delivery dates so that my parents can state that the purpose of their visit is to be with me?

Also, should I provide a letter of accommodation for the duration of their stay?

Please be king enough to share your experience & knowledge regarding this.

Thanks & Regards,
drdh

A certified copy of the MATB1 form will do the job.

Yes.
