Child born out of UK ,his visa extention

Hi,
My child born in pakistan ,is now in UK with teir 1 gen dependant... Now he will not travel back until I get ILR.... My extention is due in few weeks..question is do I really have to send my child's extention or he can stay without visa until I get ILR or UK passport.

you need to apply extn along with you or else ur child will become overstayer as ur child born outside of UK.
