Urgent Help

Hi All,
I got approved ILR (long res) and received documents recently, but need urgent help please,

My daughter( 19 years old) is going to apply for FLR (O). Her visa will expire on 15 May 13. She is TIER 4 dependent holder on me. We are already linked in UKBA database. I called to HO if I need to send my BRP and passport with my daughters application then they said "YES" to make her application stronger.

question is
1. Can I send a certified copy (which is done at post office) of my BRP and passport instead of originals? (http://www.postoffice.co.uk/document-ce ... on-service)
2. Is this service acceptable to the HO (UKBA)?
3. Can it be same strength as original documents?

Reason why Im not able to send my doc is I need to go my country due to my mothers illness. I just cant wait until my daughters applciation is decided. Big dillemma for me actually.

what is the best way to explain to HO not providing my documents along with my daughters application?
