Got ILR with dependants children appeal pending

Hi Folks

Please advise me on what to do. My wife and kids (Born in the Uk) have an ongoing appeal and I just got my ILR.

Can I go ahead and register the Kids as British citizens under Section 1(3) of the British nationality act?

Your suggestions are welcome
