please I need help concerning my case. I am here in the UK on a tier 2 visa with my three children and my husband . Unfortunately, my sponsors licence was revoked when I wanted to renew my visa and my application was refused by the home office because I didn't have a sponsorship certificate. I was given the right to appeal, and I appeal based on article 8. My appeal was dismissed by the 1st tier tribunal based on the fact that my children have not spent 7years in the UK and the upper tribunal refused my application to appeal. My appeal right has exhausted now. The problem is that it only remains 10months for my children to be in the UK for 7years. Please does anyone know what I can do now to buy time so that I can stay here legally till when my children will be 7years and I can apply based on this. Thanks.
