Spouse Visa for NoN EU

Hello Experts,

I have a question, what are the new requirements for spouse visa if she is married to a British citizen, ill cut it into questions:

1- What is the IELTS requirement for the spouse entry clearance ? (Bands aprox)

2- What if the sponsor (Husband) is a British citizen, how much he have to show specially if he owns a business ?

3- would he have to wait for a year until he gets his P/L accounts at the end of the year or he can show his 6 months business profits aswell ?

4- what other documents could be helpful ?
