If you manage to get visa and reach back to UK within 6 months since you left then you can apply it. You cannot include dependant in long residence application.khan042 wrote:hi
i have lived in uk from june 2002 till 31 dec 2012.but did not apply for ilr .now i am in karachi pakistan and want to apply for ilr from pakistan .my question is that can i apply for ilr from pakistan and also can i include my wife,s dependant visa application at same time.also is my life in uk test valid.thanks
If you have already lived in the UK for 10 years legally and continuously then it does not matter about absences after this time. If you come to the UK with leave to enter you can then make your set(lr) application.rizwan567 wrote:To my limited information, you can not apply as you have left the UK and there is a break in your residency. If you get a new visa that wont be part of the chain due the break.
But I am not 100 percent sure about this.
All the best and keep us dated if you choose to apply for ILR.
