What documents do you not have?

Apart from the KOLL requirements, FLR(M) requires the pretty much the same documents as SET(M).

its my husband's paper works basically also have you got any idea how long does it take to give the extension please?

What Vinny is saying is that if you do not have the documents required for SET(M) it's unlikely that you'll have the documents required for an extension :?

but i hv read in the form :

If you were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner following an application made before the 9th July 2012 you are not required to complete section 7A, Proceed to 7B MAINTENANCE. For more information on completing the financial requirement section please see section 21 of the guidance notes.

and basically in SECTION 7A - ITS FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT

also i did come to this country before 9th july 2012 so whats that means?

Yes but the adequate maintenance requirement is the same as that for settlement, 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.
