Croydon PEO - Success - Employment + Self Employment

thanks to all who contributed to this forum...

I had today (20-05-2013) PEO Croydon appointment for Tier 1 Extension for me and my wife. See below details and list of documents submitted for my full time employment and self-employment
1.PEO was at 10 am and was allowed to enter at 9.20.
2.Security check done at 9:40..They said too many people to apply today
3.Received Ticket number at 09:55
4.3nd floor arrival to fees paid using debit card around 10:10
5. Called 10:20 to validate our application - They checked it but unfortunately it took sometime as the system was frozen meanwhile i asked the lady do i need to submit documents or can i see case worker ..she said you cant see case worker as per the news rules and must submit all documents here..
6. Done BIOMETRIC at 10:40 and submitted all the documents including photostats .. I just asked them how long it is going to take and he said 2 hrs..
7. bought coffee and waited in the cafeteria ..the screen shows the current status of your case like it is now " awaiting confirmation" then " under consideration2 , " waiting for collection" etc which is cool..
8. 1.15 ..called for collection and received confirmation that about application is successful and will receive bio metric in 7 working days.

Documents Submitted:
1. Passports for Both
2. Application for Both
3. 2 photos each
4. Employment - 12 months payslips and letter from company + p60
5.original bank statements highlighting earning from employment and self employment
6. Self Employed - All sales invoices raised on claiming period - client letter to confirm payments - Self assessment Registration document which confirms my UTR no - 2010-2011 Tax returns and 2013 submission proof of tax return+ Class 2 NI payment proof
7. Accountant - Income certificate - Income summary - 12 months Financial statement, profit and loss statement
8. Marriage Certificate + wife's bank statement+council tax statement with our names together.

Surname of My Mrs changed to include my name When i renewed my her passport on 2012. As she haven't had a BRP , i didn't notify Home office of the change..This wasn't a issue of the renewal !!

I had with me but didn't submit
1. Degree certificate
2.Contract from my client

I have couple of questions can you pls help me with the same.

1. While booking appointment online, Will it also provide a option to mentioned about family details who is also applying along with you or I need to create an account for my wife and apply separatly.

2. Once your extension is approved - will they keep the passport or porvide you straightaway.

Appreciate your inputs as I am planning to book an appointment soon.

Hi

1. Yes.. there is a option to select no of dependants while booking your appointment online

2.They give back passport(s) and approoval letter.. You will receive BRP in few days time.
