Refused , Appeal Allowed , Not enrolled

Post by c4551m » Wed May 22, 2013 1:58 pm

Kindly help me in this matter,

My student extension was refused and I appealed and my appeal was allowed on 14th March 2013 and received letter of determination on 28th March and received biometrics on 22nd April 2013, So I contacted my college today to let them know that I have received my cards, they said you are no more enrolled at this college. As the college was A rated that means only if I receive my visa I am allowed to attend college, but by 25th March 2013 the became highly trusted, that means student can attend classes whether He has applied for extension or is at appeal. But in my letter of determination the judge clearly stated to the Home office to ask for the new enrolment letter from the student as He's missed his January session , but Home Office never asked for that and issued me visa till Feb 2014,

As I have already missed my session for 3 months , do I need to reapply for that course again its level 7.

What about the college as They saying as you didnt attend classes( as they became HTS in March 2013,but I was waiting for the home office to get my new enrolment letter ) so we have updated in system that this student is no more enrolled with us, what shall I do now ?

Kindly help me

Thanks

Sponsor report of 'No more enrolled' means your CAS cancelled. CAS cancelled mean your visa cancelled.

You need to speak to your college. Otherwise you visa must have been curtailed by now or in process of that. You really need to act fast. College may issue to another CAS or same CAS with above reasons. I think, in HTS, you can also switch to another course on same visa. Confirm it with your college and resolve the issue ASAP.
