Transfer of course from collage to University

Hi everyone ,

hope everyone is fine,
i am a current student of ACCA (nqf level 7)from one year and now i want to convert my course to university course (nqf level 7) in the same collage.
can some one tell me that do i have to apply again, as new course CAS letter will be issued by the university, but i will study in the same collage
if yes, will the homeoffice will accept the application
