Tier 2 ICT Visa for Spouse

Hi,
I am from India and I am on ICT Tier 2 VISA in London since Sept 2009. I am getting married in this November. I want to make sure that I can bring my wife to London immediately after the marriage. To be able to do so , I am thinking of getting married in court in July.

I have mainly 2 sets of questions:
1. What is the procedure for applying for VISA for her from India?
a. What are the various docs required?
b. How do I book the appointment dates in India ?

2. What is the procedure for getting the marriage certificate in India via court marriage route ? How long does it take to get the marriage certificate ?

Has anyone been through this process? Any help will be really great.
