I just found out that we have made a mistake in the submitted application form.
I was relying on 12 months salary to cross the 18,600 threshold, because I worked for employer 1 from Feb 2011 till July 2012 and from June 2012 - September 2012 for employer 2 and from December 2012 - till present; back with employer 1.
In the financial requirement, instead of choosing Category B, we have choosen Category A but have filled the Category B section. (3.13 onwards)

We have submitted 12 months bank statements and payslips of both employers, written a note on the other relevant information section and a letter explaining, that I worked for employer 1 and employer 2.
The question here is, how do I rectify? Or will they consider it as a mistake as we have filled 3.13 onwards? Shall I write an email to BHC Kolkata, send a letter...will they accept that and make note of it or is it a lost case....what next ?
I spoke a OISC friend and he said there is nothing to worry as I have filled 3.13 and sent my last 12 months pay slips and bank statements...?
