You have to wait for 10 years since you’ve had continuous legal right to stay. If you got our asylum in April 2014, you have to wait till at least April 2024.Zeebro44 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 22, 2019 2:23 amHello every one

I recommend you scan all pages of both passports.hai123 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 23, 2019 10:43 pmHi
Quick advice needed.
I have filled in online application form (AN) and to support Proof of living in the UK I’m assuming passport needs to be scanned and submitted.
However could you please clarify whether I need to scan all stamped pages of passport (to show entry and exit) covering last 5 years?
Question 2. Two years ago, I have renewed my passport. Do I need to submit my old passport copy as well?
Please clarify.
what qustien for good behaviour home office ask ?adazion wrote: ↑Sun Feb 24, 2019 1:10 pmHello, sorry dont have any reply, dont know how to start any question.
So, i applied for my naturalization in May 2018, i was sent a good behaviour questionaire which i answered well with suporting documents. August 2018 i was refused! I applied for reconsideration which has been approved. however i have not received letter inviting me for a swearing ceremony.
My QUESTIONS ARE-
1. ANY IDEA HOW LONG SWEARING LETTER TAKES TO ARRIVE AFTER SUCCESSFUL RECONSIDERATION APPLICATION?
2. CAN I BOOK APPOINTMENT WITH THE COUNCIL PENDING LETTER OF INVITATION FOR SWEARING IN?
I have already booked to go on holiday in April, and am aware that once you have received your certificate of naturalization, you have literally 5 days to send the ILR/PR BRP Card unless you get fined a 1000 GBP by the home office. Also, if i dont get the letter soon ,it might delay in my passport application and affect travel plans. and wont get a refund if i cancel the ticket?
Any suggestions or answers will be appreciated.
When did you receive your approval letter? Your approval letter will clearly indicate whether you should receive a separate invitation letter or if you can use your approval letter (combined) to book your ceremony. In the former case it should also mention how long to allow for the letter to arrive. Usually this will be up to 3 weeks from when you received your approval letter. If you don't receive an invitation letter within 3 weeks of your approval letter I would suggest you follow the instructions on your approval letter and contact the Home Office.adazion wrote: ↑Sun Feb 24, 2019 1:10 pmHello, sorry dont have any reply, dont know how to start any question.

Hi, there is a template of questions home office ask applicants they feel might have overstayed or have been illegal in the country at one point. They ask about the addresses you have lived in for a period of years, how and where you were working and many more.Bighto678 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 24, 2019 1:16 pmwhat qustien for good behaviour home office ask ?adazion wrote: ↑Sun Feb 24, 2019 1:10 pmHello, sorry dont have any reply, dont know how to start any question.

HO do not 'hold your hand' during the process and keep you informed of every step of the process and progress. Suggest simply wait to hear from HO at whichever point they decide to write to you.amy786 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 23, 2019 4:02 pmdoes the ho send notification when they start processing the application.
i applied online and sent documents through post which were received next day (checked royal mail).
prior to this sent emails, as made mistake on application.
as yet not received any email etc about corrections sent via email or whether process has started.
is this normal.
i have still not received any notification about whether the additional correct information will be applied or not.
friend of mine who had similar issue, received an email notification a few days later , stating her additional information had been received and would be added to her documents.
should i send them another email or telephone them about this ?
please advise
thanks
