Alhamdulillah,
i have received the ceremony letter from my local council. still waiting for the approval letter from UKVI.
do i have to pay incase i want a private ceremony?
Hi Faruk 1989 I have received this email today from my caseworker I don’t know with email can I send this back Anyway I have reply to this email and send the documents required but I’m worry now how can i know if they received the document.
Dear.........
I refer to your application for British citizenship. Before we can proceed further please send scanned copies of the following documents to this office by 15 August 2019.
§ Passport or Travel document to cover the period from 16/05/2014 to 24/07/18.
If you do not hold passport or travel document(s) to cover this period, you should provide alternative evidence of your residence in the UK. The enclosed annex outlines the evidence you should provide.
You must reply via e-mail by the date above.
The documents / information are required to demonstrate to the Secretary of State that the requirements for citizenship are met. Failure to reply to this e-mail by the date given will result in the application being refused.
Yours sincerely,
Do you have the passport to cover the period to show you were in the UK during the period, your case worker outlined? or any alternative proof of your presence? and do you know which email they asked you to send it back?
Yes I have the passport I have reply directly to this email but now I don’t know if they received or not
they must have received it. Otherwise they would have told you to post them out. so dont worry, it would have reached to the case worker. just double check the email you sent the documents is the same as your case worker asked you to send; and if its the same email then dont worry.

Your B1 test expiry should not be an issue as it was valid when you submitted your application. Nothing you need to do.

Hi All
Please help me out in this part of on application form.
im almost filled the application form for BC and applying under 5 year route + married with BC.
Residence requirements
1) Do you meet these residence requirements ? do i need to say yes and explain why i dont meet the requirements for 3 year route ?
Are there any reasons why you cannot meet the requirements to become a British citizen (for example, you have had too many absences from the UK) ? do i need to explain here that i want to be consider under 5 year route ?
If you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application? anything to say here ?
Immigration details
Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen? Yes Give other details to be considered anything here ?

Dear Members,
As a director of Limited liability company for last 6 years, do I need to submit only most recent Self-Assessment Statement of Account as per below note from AN guidance? Or should I submit last 5 years P60s too? I thought P60s requirement is only for applicants who were not self employed.
Form AN guidance (Page 32):
“Self-employed applicants”
“If you do not pay tax through Pay As You Earn (PAYE) arrangements, we require the most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self-Assessment Statement of account”.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hello everyone
I made an application for naturalisation on 25-july-2017
It has been more than 2 years wait still no sign of aproval
And I been living in the uk more than 11 years with no criminal record no ccjs etc
But I have no idea why it's taking that longer for HO to make a decision on my application I am going to contact HO this Monday to ask them for an update .

It is a standard reply. You won't get any update on your applications until at least 6 months has passed.
