Hello everyone.
I sent an email lastSunday to provide an update. received today an email from totally different email address from MMST FCT Callnotes

The reply is :

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that you have successfully enrolled your biometrics.

Your application will now continue to progress until a decision is made.

We will contact you if we require any further information from you throughout the course of the application process. Please note; we will not contact you to provide regular updates and cannot provide a definitive application processing timescale.

I suspect that nothing had been even moved since I submitted the biometrics in September. Any ideas?

Thank you.
Its mean soon you will receive your approval

@Zeebro44 how do you know this is the case? I submitted my application late November and this is the only update I’ve received so far. Does this typically imply the application is now with a caseworker for consideration?
Thank you Zeebro. Is it based on your experience? To me it seems that nothing has been done since application made and biometrics submitted. I am so fed up and depressed with home office.

Hi I hope anyone can help me with my query I applied in May got a letter on 6th of December that application is not processed in the six months. I applied through paper form and in July I requested to send my BRP back which was sent after 10 working days. Now back in first week of December I requested to send my passports back as well so that I can apply for travel document as I don’t know the application will take how long. I received my passports back yesterday but the letter with the passports contain a paragraph at the end I am not sure what it means weather my application is successful or it’s a general thing written on it can anyone guide me please. I also received the 21 days email yesterday as well. I am attaching the photo of the letter recieved as well.

It's a general/conditional statement ... should your application be successful ...

Hope that it is right and waiting time will end. I am in a massive depression because of this. To be honest I do not believe HO at all. One day they say one thing, other day absolutely different. Time will show. Thank you.

Did you email them or they emailed you on their own to tell you that you will be contacted in 21 days?
I emailed them last week
I'm in the same situation too, I applied on the 30th of September, biometric on the 24th of October. I emailed them in December and got a reply in December 17th saying I will be contacted in 21 working days. Still waiting , I emailed council to see if they have my letter from ukvi and they said not yet...

Hi Sousa49, if I were you, I would have sent them an email to remind them that there first and second email says 21 working days, then another email says case with a case worker...ask them which of these emails is the correct one.... meanwhile, I'm beginning to wonder why my approval letter has still not arrived.
