I replied to the email i received yesterday asking if the decision letter has been despatched and just got another reply:
Dear Mr,
I can confirm that the decision letter has not yet been issued, but will be shortly, exact timescale unknown. I can also confirm that is will despatched the postal address supplied on your application form.

The 1st email i sent was on 08/01/2020 at 22:30 and got the same generic reply.
I sent the following:

They replied back on 9/1/2020 at 16:24, see my previous post.
Then sent another email yesterday at 23:15
