tier 1 dependant visa from pakistan

Hi guys
is there anyone who applied for tier 1 dependant visa in april 2013 and still waiting for the passport ??? Is any one experiencing some delay on their tier1 dependant visa from pakistan.
please reply me as soon as possible.
does any one knows how it ll normally take for dependant visa from pakistan.
