Switching from Tier2(ICT) to FLR(M)

Post by Anudens » Thu May 30, 2013 2:56 pm

Hi,

I am working in the UK from 20/05/2011 under Tier2 ICT visa. My husband has now got ILR. Could you please advise if I can switch from Tier2 ICT to FLR(M) from within the UK. Or do I need to go back to my country to apply it. If I can apply for FLR(M), do I need to produce an employer letter for this?

I checked the link and it does not say anything about switching from ICT to FLR(M). Does it mean I can appy for it? also do you know if I need to produce an employer letter?
