Your conviction of July 2010 MUST be declared in section 3.7 of form AN. Because the rules have changed, this kind of conviction now gets disregarded after 3 years, so you it should not have any adverse effect on your application.
You haven't mentioned cleary, but I am pretty sure in feb 2011 you got fixed penalty and a conviction through the court. If that is the case, then you do not need to declare this. You will need to send the counterpart license with your application though.
On the other hand, I think you have been totally careless that once you get convicted of an offence, and you know it may effect your nationality application, and then you go and drive a vehicle without a license.
