Tier2(ICT) to Tier2 General and ILR eligibility

Post by msrjn » Sun Jun 02, 2013 8:48 pm

Hi,
Please can anyone help with my below query?

I came to UK on 15/02/2010 via Tier2 ICT and got one extension within UK on 15/02/2012 for 18 months which is valid until 15/08/13.

Now if i switch to Tier2 General for another 18 months, Am i eligible for settlement during 15/02/2015 without resetting the ILR clock?

Though I had seen so many posts related to this topic in many threads but there is no straightforward answer to section 7(c) for the following point.

"most recent period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) migrant"

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks,
