Urgent 50k Entrepreneur Visa Query - Services and Job Title

Hello Everyone,

I would appreciate if someone could help me with my problem below.

I have completed a general MBA and my specialisation was Marketing and Business Management. I am currently on PSW and wish to switch to Entrepreneur £50000 route in 2 weeks.

I have opened an IT solutions company that provides IT support services to clients. My job title is Business Development Manager. I would be hiring sub contractors who would be working for my company and would provide the services to clients. Both my business and the job title are NQF Level 4 and above.

But the problem is that the core services of my business do not match with my job title. Do you think this would be a problem?

I am really confused and your help would be really appreciated.

I would advice you to have a job title in-line with core-services...some sort of an engineer or a lead architect....just to be on a safe side...remember visa processing will take atleast 2 months...bro, you need peace whilst you wait for your visa...so try to submit your application with absolutely no reason for UKBA to refuse so that it is a sure shot victory...

The problem is that I do not have any IT skills or knowledge. I have done a general MBA and it is nowhere related to IT.

My visa expires in 2 weeks and my application file is almost complete except this problem. There are only few job titles that suit my experience and education and they are:

1. Market Research Analyst - NQF Level 4
2. Business Support Manager - NQF Level 4
3. Business Development Manager - NQF Level 6
4. Sales and Marketing Director - NQF Level 6
5. IT Support Manager - NQF Level 6 ?? No experience and no edu
6. IT project Manager - NQF Level 6 ?? No experience and no edu

Any advice my friend?

AS far as I understand, Core services have to match with Job title else they will reject it.

If I were you, I would try to go for project manager
As it almost require similar skills (U need to read some books for IT project management ) and its NFQ 4 up

KichAss - yes you are right I was thinking of the same title. Now here is the confusion. There are 2 similar job titles in the SOC CODES:

1. IT Project Manager - 2134 - Level 6 - Im sure this position definitely needs a degree related to computers. However I have a general MBA in business so II think this maybe a problem.

2. Project Manager - 2424 - Level 6 - degree in computers not required. The job tasks is exactly the same what I am doing. However the title is not related to IT but there is a link between the core services of business and the job title. Do you think if i choose this, it should be fine?

Any suggestions brother.
