For my understanding, until your ILR application is decided you are considered on Tier 2 visa. So has your new employer issued you a Tier 2 visa? If not your old Tier2 visa is no longer valid because your sponsor will cancel it and you are no longer allowed to work in UK.marimacd1 wrote:I sent in my application for ILR while I was working under a Tier 2 visa.
