ILR - Name query and documents for own business

Hi all,

A couple of query's - firstly my wife is Chinese and as usual she has picked an English name to be unofficially known by. All of our official documents passport / NI number / doctor banks etc are in her Chinese name - however for other things like Bingo membership / cover for furniture we buy etc she has a tendency to use her English name - as well as been known by her English name with friends and family etc.

When we complete the ILR application it asks if you are known by another name - can we simply say her English name here and then use some of our correspondence in her English name as proof of cohabitation?

Secondly we own our company with some friends of ours - our wives are employees and receive the dividends and me and my friend are just voting shareholders with no income. What documents will we need to supply as proof of her earnings? our accountant says as we are a small company we will not need dividend vouchers.
