Hi everyone
I just wanted to ask little help and advice for my brother and his family (wife and 2 kids)
I have got ilr via 10 years long residency sponsored my brother and his family for visit visa which they got and they are here . Can he apply for ancestor visa because our grand father and grandmother was British they ain't born here but they become British he served in British army but our mother got married in Pakistan and couldn't come here can my brother and his family apply for ancestor visa .
And one more how can he stay here apart from ancestor visa of it dont work
