Reapply- New Contract

Please I want to reapply while my team member is on appeal.

The question is that there was a problem with the contract I submitted with the refused application as I did not sign it but my team signed one which HO did not complain about.

Now am applying alone, do I sign a new contract alone or both of us should sign it?

When you say Now am applying alone I guess you mean, you are solely applying for Tier 1 E visa.
Your contract should have client and your signature in the contract.

We are still team member but I do not have write to appeal as my visa was still valid at refusal date but my team member had appeal write and he has already appeal the decision.

Now I want to reapply using the same company and refer to him as my team member (who is on appeal but the issue is contract with our client.

Should I just sign it or both of us should the contract I will be submitting with my new application.

When we applied together, HO did not complain about our contracts and we did sign separate contract.
