Should I send documents via post or by courier?

Post by Royan » Sun Jun 16, 2013 11:13 am

Hello,

I plan to send my docs for Tier 1 extension. Given the catastrophic amount of unreviewed cases in UKBA does it matter which way I send those by post of via courier?

Thanks,
Roman

In my opinion, I don't think it matters. Preferably by post.

Just curious why sending docs via post is your preference? Just want to understand your motivation

Note the differences in the date of application (34G).

Vinny's post is exactly the reason why I prefer postal.

For instance, if one uses a courier service and unfortunately there is some sort of delay in delivery causing the date of delivery to fall on a day after the expiry date of one's permit, the applicant will not get an appeal if the outcome of the application is a refusal.
