What exactly do you want the MP to do?

Obviously they are trying to call your clients to verify a few things. Nothing to worry about, just be patient and after the verification, you will know what the outcome is.

thx for ur reply , the worried thing is that, after the voice mail they didn't call again. I m thinking they put my file on backlog again.......

You say that you submitted the documents that HO asked for. I remember however that you were asking on the forum for people to assist you to make up these documents - were they made up in the end or were these actual documents that you used?

Before anyone can give you proper, accurate feedback, you need to give proper, accurate information. If you submitted true, accurate and verifiable documents, the outcome will be very different compared to if you submitted documents which were made up after the fact.
