BUT ANOTHER SOLICITOR WE MET SAID, YOU CANT GO FOR THIS BUSINESS. ITS PRODUCT BASED AND YOUR NQF LEVEL 4 WILL NOT MEET.....PLEASE SUGGEST US...

Do you sell cigarettes?
Do you produce them?
or
Do you make your customers addicted to them?

It all depends on the core services of your business.

we source electronic cigarettes and sell it to customers via website.

one of my team member will be purchasing consultant and i will be business development manager.

we already have website and got some products as well .

now we are concerned....our core service is to sell the products to customer......

job title we have thought is above level four but the business activity doesn't seems so......

please, help us ...

Both the job titles are fine

However the core services of your business is not level 4 and above.

There is nothing much to say in this instance. You can either structure your business in such a way that it falls under that level or think of some other business.

how could we set up....we are doing B2B and B2C....

we will provide to the distributor and they will sell.....we will sell directly from website as well to end user....

please....some suggestions please....


then only business all will be applying is it and consultancy services that is one of the reason.....they are suspecting us....

but you can certainly do this business if you have access to 200k as there is no restriction of level of business you do under this category.

So there is not any business for product based in psw route:(

Team mate will be purchasing consultant as he will purchase from supplier
I will be Bdm:(

Only two months visa left:(

Do,nt chhose this business, this business does,nt fall in NQF Level 4. U can ask hundred of peoples , some may say yes while some say NO.
